Bonus Terms Are Binding

Terms May Be Updated

01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the 288wim platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 288wim Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or bonus terms applicable to specific promotions.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 288wim (the platform operator). If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 288wim platform and close your account.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification
To register and maintain an active account on 288wim, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:
- You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other entity acting through an individual).
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a 288wim employee.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
- You have not previously had a 288wim account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
- You are not subject to any active self-exclusion agreement that covers the 288wim platform.

Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration & KYC
Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on 288wim. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If you discover you have inadvertently created more than one account, you must contact support immediately to resolve the situation.
Registration Requirements
When creating your 288wim account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, valid email address, date of birth, and Pakistan mobile number. You must keep this information up to date. 288wim is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
As part of its anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming commitments, 288wim conducts KYC verification on all player accounts. This process requires:
- Government-issued photo identification (CNIC or passport)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)

04 Account Security & Responsibility

Account Sharing
Sharing your 288wim account with another person, or allowing another person to gamble using your account, is strictly prohibited. Any activity conducted via your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of who initiated it.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods
All deposits to your 288wim account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. 288wim accepts deposits via the following Pakistan-based payment channels:

- HBL (bank transfer)

Deposit Conditions

Deposit Limits

These limits are applied to protect players and cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies to any request to raise a previously set limit.
06 Withdrawals & Fund Processing
Eligible players may withdraw funds from their 288wim account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal: 1,000 PKR
- KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawal requests for bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full.
- Withdrawal processing times: Easypaisa and JazzCash average under 10 minutes; bank transfers 1–3 business days.
- 288wim does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawal Review & Holds
288wim reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests while conducting routine security checks, enhanced KYC verification, or investigating potential fraudulent activity. Players will be notified of any hold and the reason for it within 48 hours. Where a hold is applied, 288wim will endeavour to resolve the matter as quickly as practicable.
Segregated Player Funds
All player funds held on the 288wim platform are maintained in accounts segregated from the company's operational capital. This ensures that player balances are protected and available for withdrawal on demand, independent of the platform's commercial financial position.
07 Bonuses & Promotions
288wim offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prize pools. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms applicable to individual promotions at the time of their availability.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players only. Players who have self-excluded or are under a voluntary deposit limit may be excluded from bonus eligibility.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated on each promotional offer.
- Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active at any one time on a single 288wim account.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.

08 Game Rules & Fair Play

Game Integrity
All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on 288wim are supplied by independently certified providers. The RNG outcomes are audited by third-party testing laboratories and cannot be modified by 288wim or its staff. Live dealer game results are determined by real-time physical actions (card deals, wheel spins, dice rolls) captured by multiple camera feeds and are not subject to post-event alteration.
Technical Malfunctions

10 Intellectual Property

Permitted Use

12 Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by 288wim
288wim reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where:
- A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- A player is found to have provided false or fraudulent information.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
- The account is associated with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
- A player is under 18 years of age.
- The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 24 months.
Effect of Closure
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (including voluntary closure), the verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Voluntary Closure by Player
You may close your 288wim account at any time by contacting support. If your closure request is motivated by concerns about your gambling behaviour, 288wim recommends activating the self-exclusion feature via your account dashboard, which provides immediate and more comprehensive protection than a standard account closure request.
Dormant Accounts
Accounts inactive for 24 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. An administrative fee of 500 PKR per month will be applied to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified before dormancy fees commence.
13 Responsible Gaming

Non-material amendments (including corrections, clarifications, and administrative updates) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior individual notification. The most current version of the Terms is always available on the 288wim platform.
If you do not accept a material amendment to these Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the 288wim platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the amended Terms.
15 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are drafted and maintained in the English language. 288wim operates as an online gaming platform accessible to players in Pakistan and takes the requirements and expectations of its Pakistan-based player base into account in all platform decisions.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between you and 288wim arising from your use of the platform, you should first contact the 288wim support team directly. The support team will attempt to resolve your concern promptly and fairly, typically within five (5) business days for standard disputes.

Disputes must be raised within ninety (90) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised outside this period may be declined.
